If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using our site. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Purchases

If you want to purchase any product or service made available through our site, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including, but not limited to, your full name, billing/mailing address, telephone number, and applicable payment information. Additionally, you understand that the aforementioned information (excluding credit card information) may be transferred as plaintext over unencrypted means, including various networks not managed, owned, operated, or otherwise controlled by us. Credit card data is always encrypted during purchase transactions.

You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such networks, websites, or services that are not directly managed, owned, or otherwise controlled by us.

Our product prices are subject to change at any time, without notice. Additionally, the website ("site") may be modified or discontinued at any time, without notice.

International Orders/Shipments

At this time we can only ship fragrances within the USA. 

General Disclaimers/Limitation of Liability

Given the nature of the products we sell, we do not assume liability or responsibility for any physical condition(s) or allergic reaction(s) caused by direct or indirect use or misuse of our products. You understand and agree that all products provided by For the Scent of It, LLC. may react differently from one person to another. Please keep our products out of the reach of children. We recommend testing our perfumes on a small area of skin to check for any possible allergic reactions. If redness, burning, itching or irritation occurs, stop using product immediately and wash with soap and water to clean the affected area.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed using our site.

For the Scent of It, LLC. will not be held liable or responsible for lost or stolen shipments once it is received by the carrier (i.e. USPS, UPS, FedEx). It is the user's responsibility to monitor and track their shipment using the provided tracking number for their product order.

You may see photos of the old cap (clear square bottle top with gold sleeve) on social media, other websites, this site, etc. These caps are no longer being used. The top included with & being sold with the 30ml bottle is now the all gold, alloy cap (as shown in the product photos on the site).
